The problem is that the modem drivers, for several different hardware and software based modems, do not install properly or completely in Windows 10 AFTER the update.

As usual, the Microsoft support engineers here will never believe or admit that there is wavfdriver wrong with the Windows operating system, and will always blame some third-party application or driver.
I cannot get the communication with the modem to function properly.

Is there any log we can check to see where the driver installation went wrong? Perhaps some key responses are not working, the audio quality is poor or there is an excessive delay in reaction time. Unimodem is the “telephony service provider” moxem by TAPI to communicate with standard modems. I’ve tried to reinstall the wave driver s but still have the same problem.

To the Microsoft support engineers: Because wavedruver modem drivers are not working, the software cannot do its job. If it is not listed then voice modem wave drivers have not been installed.
Make sure there is no background noise. It relys on a voice modem which has requires the wave modem driver. Now in Windows 10 the modem wave driver no longer works.
How can I get it.
